Why wasn’t my waste collected?
- Is it your collection day? Make sure your waste is out on the correct day and week.
- Was your waste put out on time? It must be places out for collection by 8 a.m. or you may be missed.
- Has your waste been rejected? If your waste was not sorted properly, if blue bag items are not clean or if there are items in your compost cart that do not belong there, it may be rejected.
